How is a course priced?

Every course is priced individually by the creator who teaches it. The price is shown on the course page before you check out, and it is a one-time payment — never a subscription. Free courses are clearly marked and enrol instantly.

Do I pay monthly?

No. Skolena has no platform subscription. You pay once for each course you want, and free courses cost nothing. There are no recurring fees and nothing to cancel.

How long do I keep access to a course I bought?

You stay enrolled in every course you purchase and can return to it from your dashboard, for as long as the course remains available on the platform.

Can I get a refund on a course?

Accepted Answer

You may submit a course refund request within 30 days of purchase when less than 30% of the course is complete. The server verifies the order and progress, and an administrator reviews the request before any provider refund is issued — refunds are not automatic. Start a request at /support/refund.

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and bank transfers for Enterprise customers.

Do certificates count for professional credentials?

Every Skolena certificate carries a verifiable credential ID that anyone can check at /verify — so an employer can confirm it is genuine. You can add the ID to LinkedIn, CVs, and portfolios. Whether a certificate counts towards a specific credential is up to the awarding body or employer concerned.
