Go to the login page and select "Forgot password". Enter the email address linked to your Skolena account and submit the form.
Open the reset email and follow the secure link within 15 minutes. Choose a strong password with at least 12 characters and a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
If the email does not arrive, check spam folders first, then confirm that you are using the correct account email. If you still cannot access the reset flow, contact support from the Help Center.
