What counts as active?
A monthly active learner is a unique learner who launches course content, submits an activity, attends a live class, or uses the AI tutor during the billing month. Provisioned but unused accounts and organization administrators do not count.
Content and AI boundaries
Business plans include the GSL-owned and separately licensed catalogue. Creator-owned premium marketplace content is separately licensed for your organization.
AI authoring and tutoring include a pooled fair-use allowance, visible usage alerts, and paid overages disabled by default.
Each direct creator-course sale uses a 70% creator / 30% platform revenue share. This is revenue sharing, not profit sharing.

- How is business pricing calculated?
- Team supports 5-49 monthly active learners with annual or month-to-month pricing. Business supports 50-999 monthly active learners on an annual agreement with lower rates at higher volumes. Enterprise agreements cover 1,000 or more learners and custom security or deployment needs.

- A monthly active learner is a unique learner who launches course content, submits an activity, attends a live class, or uses the AI tutor during the billing month. Provisioned but unused accounts and organization administrators do not count.
- Can we try before we buy?
- Yes. The Team plan includes a 14-day private trial for up to 10 active learners with no credit card required. Business and Enterprise customers can request a guided demo.
